Experiments
Weird little websites.
Things built in an evening because the idea would not leave. They are not products, they are not supported, and they may break or disappear without warning. They live here so they live somewhere.
What counts as an experiment
An app on the apps page is something we intend to support: it has a version number, a support address, and an obligation attached to it. An experiment has none of that. It is a page that does one strange thing, published because publishing is more interesting than a folder on a laptop.
The trade is stated plainly. Experiments get no support commitment, no update schedule, and no promise of continued existence. What they do share with the apps is the part that matters: no accounts, no tracking, no analytics, nothing about you leaving your browser.
Suggestions
If something here breaks in an interesting way, or you have an idea too small to be an app, support@prettygoodlabs.com reaches a person. No promises about what gets built.
